well, i've gone and done forgot your day, on the day. and now i have 364 before my redemption. i hope it was another great blah for you. (and what the hell did i write last year? where did that bullocks come from?)
Another day older and what do youg get?, I'm not sure but if you find out let me know.
...as my third decade of life draws to its anniversary I'm reminded by my wife that we're here for the human interaction, but I'm sure I don't want it.
I remember looking around at the past years table of people, and thinking, "Man, these are the only people who'd come out of suburbia to see me turn crimson faced as slack jawed gawkers cringe at a forced rendition of Feliz Cumpleanos a ti from strangers who fall silent as they wait to see how many will remember your name."
Then the wife buys me shot and tells me to get over myself and we laugh about it.
Yes or no. Birthdays are more important to women than men. I would tend to agree, but I'm trolling b/c the wife's is twenty days later than mine, so it's nice an easy to remember.
On a completly different note, I was at my cube the other day and Jean gave me a card to sign for Dawn, however she informed that it was not to be given to Tajauan b/c she is a Jehovia's witness, and they don't celebrate birthdays.
I felt a sudden pang of pity for Tajuana, but hey I guess that if you love God that much then who needs to be reminded of how old you are. But hey it's something as a kid you should experience?
Well yeah.
Some food for thought.
Have some cake R.
