Just finished watching the next Food Network Star final challange and I must say I was greatly surprised and disappointed to see Amy be voted. I've always felt that she has what it takes to be a food network star and my feelings were confirmed during the Racheal Ray challange. I applaud JAG for stepping forward to pull himself out of the competition however it did not surprise me in the least. There was something just not quite right about him; about his demeanor...so I was really floored when he was choosen as a finialist because the judges even say themselves on more than on occasion that they saw and felt the very same way. They were constantly making mention of either his attitude or the fact that they were not seeing the real him. I just didn't get thier decision at all. With that being said, my vote for the winner is AmY.
I am disappointed in the fact that the judges voted Amy out, as well as she did. She was practically flawless from the Iron Chef competition on through the remainder of the competition. She displays honesty, and a unique style of cooking. My vote is for Amy.
Hey people , listen to your selves , you have done nothing but praise Amy for her consistancy and charm and then vote her off for a fraud . Time for new judges . I vote for Amy .

As for the remaining two...I recall back a few weeks ago when the judges thought this crop of contestants was just NOT UP to PAR. I have to agree with that. Neither Amy, with all her FRENCH pretense (and how many times have the judges told her to stop the snobbery and French this and that and then she goes right back to it in the final show-geesh) nor Rory who is all over the place, make me want to say WOW. Personally, this group was just not the best.
My vote is for Amy. She seemed to "grow up" on the show as she understood more and more what was expected of them. Rory makes me nervous - I'm not at all at ease with the way she flutters about and sometimes with what she says.
I didn"care for JAG thru the whole thing, I thought their was something fishy about him. Rory bothers me & don"t think she is totally honest, Amy really isn"t that great either. Sure hate to see either of the girls get to be our next food star. They just simply don"t have what we enjoy watching & listening to on food network show.

Yeah, I was surprised and disappointed they voted Amy off as well. She was my favorite among the remaining contestants.
