In the table below, you will find a list of all the books that I've read of my own volition (as opposed to texts assigned in school) since 1992--when I started keeping track. A cursory glance at the titles should make it readily apparent that most of these works were read on airplanes. The books that I would actually recommend have been highlighted. And what about those books I've encountered during my academic misadventures? Since there's no point in listing all of them (as if I could even recall all of them), I've only mentioned the ones I liked, more or less. Likewise, many of the books I read during my childhood were pretty unexceptional. However, a few deserve special recognition for their timlessness and artfulness. |
